What is Wellness - Monday, October 4 at 12 p.m.

This session will be a lunchtime workshop aimed to help students understand the importance of work-life balance and self-care. Students will learn from guest speaker Dr. Ryan Cook how to evaluate their personal wellness and develop wellness practices while in school that can be carried into the work-force.

Burnout - Friday, October 20 at 12 p.m.

This session will be a lunchtime info and discussion session aimed to help students understand the the basics of burnout and feel better prepared to identify, avoid, and respond to burnout. Students will learn from guest speaker Dr. Heather Fye, seasoned counselor and research expert on the topic of burnout.
