Outdoor Mushroom Cultivation Workshop

Join us at the UA Arboretum Pavilion on Saturday, December 6, from 10 AM–12 PM for a hands-on workshop led by Bronson Lubresky, Urban Extension Agent with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System.
 
There is a $15 workshop fee, which includes materials to assemble your own shiitake mushroom log. Participants will take their log home and enjoy watching it grow fresh, shiitake mushrooms. Hot Cocoa  will be provided while you work.
