The University of Alabama Language Conference (UALC), scheduled for February 13-14, 2026, is an annual academic event that brings together scholars, researchers, students, and faculty from all over the world to explore the multifaceted world of language, literature, and linguistics.

This dynamic conference will feature paper presentations, hands-on workshops in areas like translation technology and corpus linguistics, insightful keynote speeches by renowned experts, and engaging panel discussions on topics such as language revitalization and digital humanities. UALC 2025 will provide numerous networking opportunities, with three great keynote speakers from the United States and Africa.  The conference is designed to facilitate mentorship, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, offer practical skill development, and showcase innovative pedagogical approaches and technologies.
