UA Essentials for Management - Day III:  Communicating Performance Expectations, stresses the importance of effective communication when establishing expectations with employees, the role of communication in managing performance and behavior, and provides  tips and techniques to help supervisors provide ongoing coaching, feedback and evaluation of employee performance.
