Agility is the University of Alabama's Continuous Improvement Program using Lean Higher Education as a guide. It's a way to make our day-to-day work better. The program provides a Way of Thinking, Way of Behaving, and Set of Tools to help us continuously improve by working together. Learn more -  Agility Continuous Improvement.

 

This course introduces the concept of Psychological Safety and how to create an environment where employees feel comfortable questioning old processes and contributing with new ideas.


It includes examples of Leadership behaviors supporting psychological safety, the psychological safety & performance model, and how to foster psychological safety in a team.
