Come learn how to harness your own personal power to achieve "presence," when you stop worrying about the impression you are making and start being your best self.

The class is based on the book, Presence, by Dr. Amy Cuddy. You'll learn how to tweak your body language, behavior, and mindset to approach your biggest challenges with confidence.
