True Colors provides individuals with personal and professional development skills that help drive organizational excellence through higher engagement. How? By creating a common language for valuing differences and creating understanding throughout the campus community.

Participants explore their distinctive strengths and stressors in this interactive, engaging, and life-changing training. They’ll also learn to respect and appreciate differences in the ways people function, ultimately leading to improved communication, deeper relationships, reduced conflict, increased collaboration, and a stronger sense of connection.

Target Audience: Faculty and Staff

Key Objectives: After taking this training, you will improve interpersonal communications, collaboration, and relationships by:

  • Having a deeper understanding and appreciation of your strengths and preferences.
  • Learning, recognizing, and appreciating the strengths and preferences of others.

What to Expect:

  • Introduction to True Colors and how it can improve collaboration and communication.
  • Completion of the True Colors Personality Assessment to determine your True Colors.
  • Detailed discussion of each color, including key attributes, common perceptions and misperceptions, strengths, stressors, and job-related differences.
