We are excited to announce that the Alabama Panhellenic Association (APA) Trick or Treat on Sorority Row is back this year! This event is set to take place at Sorority Row on Monday, October 28th at 6 p.m. Over 500,000 pieces of candy will be distributed on the row, and members from all APA chapters will be dressed up in Halloween costumes. Don’t forget to bring your cameras and candy bags as there will be activities on the house lawns as well as a special guest set to join the fun!

This event is open to children ages 12 and under, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. We ask that costumes be mindful of others as well as school-appropriate; please do not wear masks or bring fake and/or realistic-looking weapons. Trick-or-treating begins at 6 p.m. and will continue until the candy runs out, so we encourage you to come early. We are asking parents to please bring one bag, basket, or bucket per child to collect candy.

Free parking can be found around Sorority Row in both on-campus residential and Faculty/Staff lots beginning at 6:00 p.m., as well as surrounding street parking on 8th Ave, 12th and 13th Street. On-campus visitor pay-to-park options are available before 6:00 p.m. in designated parking lots. Please visit https://www.ua.edu/map/ to see specific on-campus parking areas. To ensure that safety for all participants is a top priority, we ask that you leave all bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or hoverboards at home.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled, and it will be announced on all Alabama Panhellenic Association social media platforms.
