Course Format - In-Person


Participants in this course learn the importance of time in their business and personal lives, and powerful ways to manage that time to create better work-life balance.

We will start with a review of the basic time management principles, tips, and activities to get started on our plan for improvement. And we will end by sharing Five Strategies to Managing Work and Life. The goal is to learn to work smarter -- not harder.



  • Assess current use of time and areas needing improvement
  • Identify time wasters and how to move time wasted to time spent and/or invested
  • Discuss goals and how to set priorities
  • Explore helpful tools and practices: To Do Lists, Delegation 
  • Discuss ways to maintain focus and manage email, interruptions, etc.
  • Identify ways to manage self-defeating behaviors such as procrastination, dis-stress
  • Develop an action plan for improvement -- that involves others
