Add to calendarThe Intuitive Eating series is a virtual program focused on helping students develop a healthier relationship with food through the lens of intuitive eating. Each week focuses on a different aspect of the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating that can challenge and improve your attitude and perceptions around food. Those that are new AND experienced with intuitive eating are welcome!
Do you eat when you’re hungry? Do you have forbidden foods that you don’t allow yourself to have even though you want them? This session takes a deeper dive into the concept of discovering and honoring hunger signals as well as challenging mental food rules that prevent us from eating a variety of foods for both nourishment and enjoyment.
*Participation in previous Intuitive Eating Thursdays programming is not a pre-requisite to attend this session.*
