Add to calendarThe Intuitive Eating series is a virtual learning program focused on helping students develop a healthier relationship with food through the lens of intuitive eating. Each week focuses on a different aspect of the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating that can challenge and improve your attitude and perceptions around food. Those that are new AND experienced with intuitive eating are welcome!
Do you know what fullness feels like? Do you allow yourself to truly enjoy food or do you feel guilty when eating something that tastes good? This session takes a deeper dive into feeling your fullness during a meal and navigating your emotions without exclusively using food as a coping mechanism.
*Participation in previous Intuitive Eating programming is not a pre-requisite to attend this session.*
