This event takes place to welcome new students, especially international freshmen, and promote students to engage in Vietnamese cultural activities. We will host 2 outdoor Vietnamese games, the first one is Steal the Snacks from the Ghosts, in which 3 playing teams will compete to bring back the most snacks to their team without being tagged by the ghosts; the second one is Chọi Cầu, which is a traditional Vietnamese game with the kicking shuttlecock. After all, students will have time to sit down, enjoy the snacks, drinks, and pizzas, and talk to each other. Since this event is going to be open to both American and international students, this is a good opportunity for everyone to make new friends and learn a little bit more about Vietnamese culture.
