Turnitin provides tools for text similarity detection, grading, and peer review. It helps deter and prevent plagiarism by checking student-submitted work against a variety of sources including student papers, web content, and journals and publications. This fast-paced session helps instructors get started with Turnitin: creating assignments, working with submissions, viewing Similarity Reports, and leaving feedback. We’ll also take a quick look at Turnitin’s PeerMark peer review assignment tool and Draft Coach writing feedback tool.
