Self Care Sunday will be a program hosted by RAs Tanisia Tucker and Mandi Russell. It will be a time for residents of Mary Burke West Floor 4 to relax and engage in self care before dead week. There will be a discussion in how to better manage time and take care of oneself during the busiest time of the year.
