Add to calendarSelf-care is a process of building a relationship with ourselves and loving ourselves. It’s a way of life: consistently doing things to affirm our worth, letting ourselves know we appreciate and accept ourselves for who we are. Join us as we adventure into ways to turn Sunday’s into a day where we spend time to love ourselves and find ways to relax. Students will learn all the ways campus provides resources to implement self-care and the different ways to add self-care in their busy schedules. At the end students will learn how to make an organic sugar scrub and take it home.
