This course introduces the concept of psychological safety and how to create an environment where employees feel comfortable questioning old processes and contributing with new ideas.
It includes examples of Leadership behaviors that support psychological safety, the psychological safety & performance model, and how to foster psychological safety in a team.

Note: This course is a prerequisite for any other Agility training course.
