Understanding and appreciating our similarities and differences will be the focus of this high energy and interactive module of The Professional Development Series. Self-assessments, team challenges, and problem-solving activities will be used to help learners explore how getting to know the team can spark creativity and innovation, and strengthen partnerships in the future.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Heighten awareness of self in order to better understand others
  • Learn the role differences and similarities can play with teamwork
  • Identify resources to help build successful teams
