Course Format – On-Site at the Employee Resource Center
 

The Business and Technology module of the Professional Development Series provides an overview of the staff processes and business-related services encountered by UA employees working in business systems. Additionally, an overview of general Human Resources guidelines and services, including a demonstration of UA LMS and other learning systems is provided. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Meet subject/process matter experts from Accounting, Budget, and Human Resources 
• Review data, websites, and services provided by the Budget and Financial Accounting and Reporting offices
• Understand how positions are classified, compensated, and supported by Human Resources
• Explore core competencies and learning systems

NOTE:  This is one of five modules of The Professional Development Series offered every semester. Those seeking promotion to the Office Associate Senior Level are required to attend all five modules.
