The Intercultural Diversity Center kicks off the Pop Up Shop series to commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month through activities, food, music, digital exhibitions, and more. National Hispanic Heritage Month is annually celebrated from September 15 to October 15 in the United States for recognizing the contributions and influence of Hispanic Americans to the history, culture, and achievements for the United States. Guests will learn about this year’s theme of prosperity, power and progress, recognizing the significant strides of Hispanics in the economic, political and social growth in the United States. Pop Up Shop: National Hispanic Heritage Month takes place on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 12pm in the Intercultural Diversity Center (2100 Student Center).
