Join us at The Gorgas House Museum on June 22, 2024 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm to get hands-on experience working with historic writing utensils and learn how to make your own wax seal! Children of all ages are welcome to participate. All materials will be provided at no cost.

The Gorgas House Museum is located just off the Quadrangle of The University of Alabama campus, at 810 Capstone Drive (one black west of the Amelia Gayle Gorgas Library, at the corner of McCorvey and Capstone Drives).

Parking

Parking in Faculty/Staff parking spaces are free on Saturdays (except on UA Gameday Saturdays). Please note that Bama Parking still enforces Residential and Reserved parking spaces.

Construction

Parts of The University of Alabama campus, including around the Gorgas House Museum, are currently undergoing construction. Red lines on UA's campus map outline where those areas under construction are.
