Students will learn the science behind stress and stress management, the reality of test anxiety on college campuses, how to reverse cognitive distortions, and build self-confidence, and mindfulness techniques to use in a test environment. Students will leave the session with a completed fears vs realities worksheet, and a practice for recognizing and overcoming test anxiety.
