On March 21, from 2-4, the Student Executive Council of C&IS will be hosting National Flower Day on the steps of Reese Phifer and in the Rotunda. Students will be given one flower for themselves and one flower to give to someone of their choosing. Labels and ties will be provided so that students may write a handwritten note to tie to the flower they give.
