On Tuesday, March 25 from 5:45 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., the Alabama Museum of Natural History invites you to flow beneath the basilosaur, grow alongside the mosasaur, and surround yourself with specimens that are over 300 million years old! After class, you’ll even get the chance to stay for a free guided exhibit interpretation led by our education staff.

You’ll have a whale-y great time, and can LEAF feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of the week ahead.

Each session of “Movement in the Museum” is hosted by a trained University Recreation instructor and this class will be beginner friendly and have chair poses available for those who need them.

Participants must be 18+ and will be required to sign a liability waiver. You will need to bring your own mat and water.
