Find your inner strength and peace with us during our inaugural session of our Movement in the Museum series. In our first session on Tuesday, January 28th from 5:45 pm until 6:30 pm, we are combining the ancient practice of yoga with our ancient fossils – all in our beautiful candlelit Grand Gallery. Hopefully, you won’t leave feeling too dino-sore!

Each session will be hosted by a trained University Recreation instructor and will be followed with an optional exploration of an exhibit with a member of the Museum’s education team. This class will be beginner friendly, and will have chair poses available for those who need them.

Participants must be 18+ and will be required to sign a liability waiver. You will need to bring your own mat and water.
