The Mental Health Brown Bag series is a virtual lunch and learn series focusing on supporting your mental health. Each month will focus on a different aspect of mental health and feature our local campus and Tuscaloosa resources. 

Being your best in your classes, work, with friends and family, and everything else you do can be difficult, especially when unexpected challenges or setbacks come up. Learning how to bring out the resilience you already have within you and practice your resilience skills can help you bounce back from challenges. Broaden your sense of self-awareness and work on responding rather than reacting so you can grow and thrive in all aspects of your life!
