This course explains the rights and responsibilities of supervisors as it relates to The Family and Medical Leave Act (FML), The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the new Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), and the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections (PUMP) Act.
