Description:
Effective maintenance is dependent on an engaged workforce that shares a common vision and strives for world-class performance. Deficiency in people skills is perhaps the greatest weakness within the maintenance function.
[BL1] It is incumbent upon the maintenance manager and supervisor to have and practice effective leadership and management skills. This session focuses on providing these skills and practical guidelines that will help them involve and motivate their workforce, and deal with conflicts and other challenges.

Who Should Attend:

The program is aimed at current and aspiring maintenance managers, engineers, supervisors and planners, but is applicable to all who have a direct interest in or are affected by maintenance performance and its impact on the enterprise. While the program is maintenance-centric, the methods, standard processes and logic are applicable for all organizational functions. This comprehensive program is applicable to all industries and facilities, as well as for single-plant or global enterprises.
