This course explains the rights and responsibilities of supervisors as it relates to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and The Family and Medical Leave Act (FML).  

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Become familiar with the basic details of each Act
  • Learn how to recognize requests from employees as it relates to each Act
  • Understand how to manage employees covered by each Act
  • Know who to contact with additional questions
