Each week focuses on a different aspect of the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating that can challenge and improve your attitude and perceptions around food. Those that are new AND experienced with intuitive eating are welcome!
Have you ever heard of intuitive eating? #Dietculture and social media can often portray inaccurate information about the intuitive eating framework. This session introduces the history of intuitive eating including debunking myths related to the intuitive eating thought process and helping attendees with the first step of ditching the diet mentality.
