Join Health Promotion and Wellness registered dietitian Sheena Gregg as she provides an overview and introduction into the world of intuitive eating. Take these intuitive eating tips home for the holidays as you unlock a healthier relationship with food and learn to truly eating for your health. This session will re-occur every Tuesday at 12pm via Zoom leading up to the end of the fall semester.
Those interested in learning even more about Intuitive Eating will have the opportunity to sign up for the 4-week Spring Intuitive Eating workshop starting in February to take an even deeper dive into their intuitive eating journey.
