Introduction to Miniforge Conda

This workshop introduces participants to Miniforge, which uses Conda for creating and managing Python environments via the community conda-forge repository. We will cover:

• What is Miniforge Conda?
• Advantages of using a conda environment for managing python environments
• Installation
• Environment Management - create, activate, and deactivate environments, install packages
• Advanced Features - export and import environments for reproducible workflows
• VS Code Integration
