Looking for practical ways to handle stress, find balance, and feel more connected? In our Intro to Mindfulness course, you’ll discover simple, effective tools for managing stress, all while building a supportive community. Over four weeks, you’ll develop skills to bring more calm and focus into your day-to-day life. To make the most of this experience, check your schedule and ensure you can attend each session—it’s all about learning and connecting together. Save your spot, and get ready to build skills and connections that can truly impact your life.

Participation in the workshop will require the book The Mindful Twenty-Something: Life Skills to Handle Stress…and Everything Else by Holly B. Rogers. Published by New Harbinger Publications. This book is available at most major book sellers and as an e-book.

Participants will also need to purchase the MIEA Mindfulness App with a one-time fee of $4.99. (Please do not download the app before the first class).
