Event Smart training educates student organization members and officers about the mySOURCE event form used to register on-campus student organization events. In order to register student organization events, including Greek events, all new Social Chairs, Risk Managers, and Presidents must complete a Greek Event Smart certification for the current academic year, 2022 - 2023.
Greek Event Smart training is hosted jointly by the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and the Office of Student Involvement for members and officers of active APA, IFC, NPHC, and UGC fraternities and sororities. Greek Event Smart training takes place at the beginning of each semester and must be attended by at least one officer from each active chapter.
New officers who completed a Greek Event Smart training during the Fall 2022 semester will not be required to attend but are strongly encouraged to!
