HR Spark provides individual and group instruction, scheduled workshops, tutorials, and resource guides to support UA employees in accessing and utilizing HR's Learning Management Systems (LMS). This course focuses on Design Basics for creating easy and modern graphics for marketing, presentations, and course design.

This is a beginner level course for those that already have a base understanding of PowerPoint.

The first half of the course is an instructor-led, hands-on experience that covers the learning objectives below. The second half will allow time for learners to complete a minor design project of their choice in the Employee Learning Center Computer Lab - a quiet room with no distractions and a technical expert nearby.

Be prepared to explore new concepts and resources, discuss technology and accessibility, and SPARK a new interest in online learning.
