If you are working under a boss who is overextended, overwhelmed or incompetent, learning how to "manage up" is the most practical and efficient way to navigate this dynamic to achieve success. Having a "great boss" and being friends with your boss can be tricky. In this seminar we will learn how to evaluate the type of manager you have, the unique set of challenges, and how to disagree with your boss in a respectful way.
