This will be an informational presentation by OIT on how to use Blackboard tools and functions, Outlook email and calendar, and other Microsoft products efficiently. OIT teaching services will also offer Q/A time at the end for students to ask questions and seek further instruction. This is an event that is targeted to new students (first and second year students) who need assistance on how to access vital academic resources (i.e. checking your grades, accessing your Outlook inbox, sending and viewing Blackboard messages, etc.).
