Resident Advisors (RAs) are live-in student leaders who serve as a resource for the residents in a given area, floor, or residence hall. RAs build community, connect residents to the campus community through programs, and provide on-call/crisis response after hours with the assistance of CDs and UAPD. RAs are paid, receive housing, and must maintain a 2.65 GPA.
