We invite you to join us for the ESF Fall 2023 Assembly on Thursday, November 2, 2023, from 4-5 PM in Lloyd Hall, Room 38 (Auditorium). This will be a general information session on award offerings and opportunities. 
 

All students, whatever their year, who are interested in major awards like the Fulbright, Marshall, Rhodes, Voyager, Goldwater, and others, are strongly encouraged to attend. The earlier you start thinking about these awards, the better prepared you can be for their application. (That said, seniors, there are opportunities for you too!) Even if you’re unsure about applying, or just want to know more, we encourage you to attend.  

We will give an introduction to the awards process, talk about how you can shape your college experience to be competitive for these awards, and discuss how the process itself can help prepare you for employment or applications to graduate school (be that a JD, MD, MBA, MA, MSc, PhD, or something else). We’ll also highlight ways to refine your goals and speak intellectually about your work and yourself through the application process.
