The Culverhouse Executive Leadership Certificate Program focuses on high-potential (HIPO) employees with the intent of helping them boost their performance, increase their capacity to innovate, and drive sustainable growth for their organizations.  This 2 day program is hosted in Alston Hall and instructed by experienced UA faculty and industry leaders.
