Employing Emotional Intelligence to Reduce Conflict in the Workplace, is a new four-module series rolling out in Spring 2026 in partnership with Dr. Jennifer Humber, Assistant Professor and Director of the Graduate Certificate Program in Conflict Resolution, with the College of Human Environmental Sciences. Target Audience: All Learners
Pre-Requisites: NA - Learners are encouraged to complete all four modules, but not required.
Module I: “It’s Not About Me”: Understanding Others with Intentionality
Attendees will learn about the significance of empathy, cultural competence, and appreciating diverse perspectives. This session emphasizes the importance of social skills and understanding others intentionally to build stronger, more harmonious workplace relationships.
