Employing Emotional Intelligence to Reduce Conflict in the Workplace, is a new four-module series rolling out in Spring 2026 in partnership with Dr. Jennifer Humber, Assistant Professor and Director of the Graduate Certificate Program in Conflict Resolution, with the College of Human Environmental Sciences. Pre-Requisites: NA - Learners are encouraged to complete all four modules, but not required.
Module I: “It’s All About Me”: Gaining Confidence through Self-Awareness
This workshop focuses on enhancing self-awareness to improve self-regulation and responses in conflict situations. Participants will explore the importance of understanding their own motivations, engaging in reflection, and setting personal goals to navigate workplace challenges more effectively.
