At check-in, you will receive a complimentary Embrace Tuscaloosa t-shirt, a convenient grab-and-go breakfast, and a choice of services.

Participants will be transported by Crimson Rides to service sites offering refreshments. They will then be taken to the Student Center for lunch and reflection.
