Driving Student Engagement in Lecture Classes

Professor Russell Gold, 2024–25 UATA Faculty Teaching Fellow, will lead this seminar on promoting student engagement in lecture classes.  The session will offer specific, concrete strategies that Professor Gold has found useful in his own teaching, including combining active learning strategies with classroom technologies. It will also include opportunities for small-group discussions about techniques for driving student engagement.
