Understanding the broad Dimensions of Diversity is an important step in learning to compatibly and respectfully work with differences among students, faculty and staff to build a more inclusive, tolerant, and understanding campus community. This course encourages us to learn to appreciate our differences and recognize our similarities in order to foster an environment conducive to work and learning.
