On Friday, November 17, 2023 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, Mary Smith, Master Weaver with the Muscogee Creek Nation of Oklahoma, will be inside the Jones Archaeological Museum at Moundville Archaeological Park, demonstrating different weaving techniques throughout the day. This program is free with park admission.

All programs are free with paid park admission.

  • Moundville Residents – Free
  • Native American visitors – Free with tribal membership card
  • UA Museums members – Free with museum membership

Moundville is located 13 miles south of Tuscaloosa, off Alabama Highway 69 and the physical address is 634 Mound State Parkway, Moundville, AL 35474-6413.
