The Culverhouse Professional Development Conference will be held on March 28, 2025, on The University of Alabama campus. The conference brings together Culverhouse alums and other professionals to explore academic and professional success in business. There is emphasis on how to mitigate systemic challenges women face in pursuit of their greatest potential, so that they can make even greater contributions to their organizations and society. The conference also serves as the center of targeted outreach to alumni to increase their engagement with Culverhouse and our students.

This event is co-presented by the Culverhouse Office of Culture and Success, our Women In Business Alumni and the Manderson Women in Business student organization. It is open to all, campus and community.
