     Based on the best-selling book, Crucial Conversations -Tools for Talking When Stakes are High, this training teaches participants a comprehensive strategy for reaching alignment and agreement. Learn from Crucial Conversations® certified instructor, Mary Loyd Lowrey, and add these crucial skills to your best practices.
