Subject: Proposal for a Valentine's Day Dog Photoshoot Event

Event Details:
-Date and Time: Sunday, February 11th, 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
-Location: Campus Quad

Activity: Photoshoot session with dogs and their owners, and treat trading.

Proposal:
We envision utilizing the campus quad to host this heartwarming event where dogs and their owners can participate in a delightful photoshoot session. The setup will include a charming kissing booth adorned with Valentine's Day-themed props. Additionally, we will have dog treats to trade at the event. Additionally, to bring back the old tradition of Valentine's Day in elementary school, as an optional choice, attendees can bring their dog's favorite treats and share them with others. 

Request for Approval:
We kindly request approval for the use of the campus quad and permission to bring our dogs as well. We are confident that this event will not only be a delightful experience for our members; It will also contribute positively to the overall campus experience, and strengthen bonds between our club members and our community.
