The 15th Annual Crimson Couch to 5K is a run/walk event scheduled for April 4, 2025 at 6:30pm. The start and finish line is located at the Walk of Champions where runners and walkers have plenty of space to enjoy the event and the perfect photo op with Bryant-Denny Stadium! We welcome UA employees, spouses, students, and the community to participate in the 5K following our scenic route around campus.

The cost per participant is $20. All children under age 12 participating with an adult can participate for $5 each. For more information, visit on our website.
