Join us for an inside look at two essential campus resources that make communication and travel easier than ever!  Participants can expect to learn about the wide capabilities of UA Printing Services and how they can help with messaging through printing, signage, design, promotional products and bulk mailing. They will also provide tips on planning and file preparation. 

Then we will move to UA Mail where we will have a guided tour of the departmental mail facility, where we will get a close-up look at the equipment and workflow that support campus-wide mail operations. They will explain how mail and packages are collected from departments, sorted and transported by our route drivers, and then handed off to external carriers for final delivery.  We will also explore the Passport and TSA PreCheck area, designed to make international travel preparation easier and more accessible for our campus community.
